CO2 laser for the Womens Clinic at Helse Stavanger HF
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a procurement contract for the purchase of 1 complete CO2 laser for the Womens Clinic at Helse Stavanger HF including scanner(s) and hand piece(s) necessary for intended use. In addition an option shall be offered for the following: - Service, cf. Annex 9 - Overview of service levels - Service course - Røykavsug- Mikromanipulator - Adapter for kolposcope- E-learning programme - Other life cycle costs (wearing parts/spare parts/maintenance parts/service kit as needed) Option for smoke suction shall be valid for 4 years. Other options shall be valid for as long as the laser is in use. The options can be price adjusted in accordance with the procurement contract point 4.2 The laser shall be used for the treatment of premature lesions in the abdomen, Vulva Intraepitelial Neoplasia (VIN2 and 3), as well as some treatment resistant benign condylomers. The laser must fulfil the treatment need that, per specifications in international guidelines, c.f. ACOG: Management of Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia | ACOG, where power density is recommended (750-1, 250 W/cm2) is recommended and it is suitable for use in gynaecology.
