The purpose of the market is to purchase CARBON COMMERNAL URVE (Verified emission reduction unit) for the purpose of contribution to carbon neutrality. These carbon credits will make it possible to identify and support contribution projects to carbon neutrality funded by France 2023 at the international level. The characteristics as well as the conditions of execution of the expected services are specified in the specific administrative clauses (CCAP). Functional and technical specifications are indicated in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). The market takes the form, by lot, of a mixed multi-attribute framework agreement without minimum and with a maximum amount of 15, 000, 000 euros. The number of attributes for each batch is set at 5, if the number of offers received allows. Otherwise, the framework agreement will be mono-attribute.
