This procurement includes two (2) Tensile Membrane Structure projects, which will be bundled together — 250787-280321 at the Central North Correctional Centre (CNCC) and 250762-280319 at the Central East Correctional Centre (CECC). Each project needs to be maintained independent from one another for reporting purposes and will require two individual Purchase Orders. Therefore, contract administration and invoicing will be required separately for each project. The projects are of extremely similar design; however, the site layouts are mirrored from each other. Each project consists of the design and construction of a new 21, 375sqft Tensile Membrane Structure (TMS), 7, 000sqft exterior covered yard area and 10- x 300- link tunnel connection from the jail proper to the new TMS. The project will also consist of minor interior jail proper upgrades to ancillary spaces such as providing videoing capabilities within the lobby and minor expansions to the existing kitchen, dry goods storage and admit/discharge area to accommodate the increase in capacity the project is providing.
