Development Of Training Materials And Program For Sector Batoxin reduction from thepulp and p aper industry in China†project (“the project†for short) has been initiated since June, 2012.
Withthe purpose ofgradually eliminating the applications of elemental chlorine-free bleaching technology in the pulp and paperindustry, and promotin g the applications of BAT/BEP in the industry, thus to reduce dioxin emissions in the pulp and paperindustry, the project shall sel ect typical non-wood pulps mills to carry out the BET/BEP demonstrations, and to support thedevelopment and application of nationalimplementation plans for dioxin reductions in the whole sector.
To promote outcomesand achievements of the project to the wh ole sector, FECO/MEP is seeking an independent consultant firm (refer as ‘theconsultant) to support FECO/MEP to develo p the training material and implement the training works for the dioxin pollutantcontrolling in the pulp and paper industry.
