The Contractor must possess and maintain valid the following mandatory certifications for the entire duration of the contract: SOA Category OG2 Minimum Classification III (Restoration and maintenance of protected buildings), SOA Category OS2-A Minimum Classification II (Decorated surfaces of cultural heritage buildings and movable cultural assets of historical, artistic, archaeological and ethno-anthropological interest), ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
The Contractor shall furnish labor, material, and equipment to perform the work as required in the contract.
This project is estimated at between $100, 000 and $250, 000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price type purchase order. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and site visit and the date will be in the solicitation.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of their quotation.
