CONSTRUCTION, ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND CONCRETE PAVING WORKS
1) The Municipal Government of Mapandan, Pangasinan, through the General Fund (20% Development Fund) and upon the Approval of the Supplemental Budget No. 1 FY-2026 by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (for Paving Works) intends to apply the sum of Six Million Pesos (₱ 6, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project described below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
