Description : 1) The Municipal Government of Sabangan, through the LDRRM FUND intends to apply the sum One Million Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Three Pesos and Sixty-One Centavos (Php. 1, 299, 153.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CLUSTER A5-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipal Government of Sabangan now invites bids for CLUSTER A5-2026. Completion of the Works is required fifty (50) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
