Description : The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PARACELIS, through its LDRRM FUND 2026
intends to apply the sum of ₱2, 600, 000.00 being the approved Budget for the
contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project: Cluster 9-2026
Improvement of Engineered Sanitary Landfill (ESLF)- 2, 000, 000.00
Rehabilitation/Repair of Basawit Hanging Bridge- 600, 000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PARACELIS now invites bids for the above procurement project.
Completion of the work is required within 55 calendar days . Bidder should have
completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders)
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary " pass/ fail"
criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) otherwise known as
" New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)"
