1. The CITY OF CALOOCAN, through the General Fund of Supplemental Budget No. 07 approved under Sangguniang Panlungsod Ordinance No.0593 s. 2015 intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seventy Three Thousand Pesos (P6, 073, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the projects as follows:

2. The CITY OF CALOOCAN now invites bids for the above mentioned works. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of bids. Completion of Works is required within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project with ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -A"pass/fail-A
