Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR CLUSTER 26-23 Supply & Delivery of Corrective Eyeglasses with Prescription
1) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR, through the 2026 Annual Fund intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P15, 600, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Cluster 26-23 Supply & Delivery of Corrective Eyeglasses with Prescription. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for Cluster 26-23 Supply & Delivery of Corrective Eyeglasses with Prescription using the Green Purchasing or Sustainable Procurement. Delivery of the item is required Ninety (90) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
