Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PROVINCE OF SAMAR now invites bids for Cluster 26-22 Supply & Delivery of Meals (Buffet & Packed) and Snacks (AM & PM) under Framework Agreement for one (1) year using the Green Purchasing or Sustainable Procurement. Delivery of the item is required on the day of activity as stated in the Call-Off.
