1. The LGU-Almagro, through the Annual Budget 2024 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Pesos (Php 594, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Cluster 22 Infrastructure Projects in, Almagro, Samar with Project ID No. POW-2024-087. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-Almagro now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
