intends to apply the sum of ₱7, 500, 000.00 being the approved Budget for the
contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project: Cluster 11-2026
Concreting of Farm-to Market Road in Sitio Allangigan-Gesset-Turod- 5, 000, 000.00
Concreting of Farm-to Market Road in Turod-Panapa- 2, 500, 000.00
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF PARACELIS now invites bids for the above procurement project.
Completion of the work is required within 45 calendar days . Bidder should have
completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding
Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders)
