Tender Details

The subject of the public order is the construction of the Velk Dlka 44 building in Perov.
There will be the right layouts, hygiene equipment and the size of the openings for the needs of people with limited mobility and the overall repair of these spaces.
From the outside of the building a new elevator will be built in the courtyard, which will connect to the existing ramp and provide barrier-free access to the 2nd floor and 1st floor. The space around each balcony will be modified and covered to create a draft wall. In the 1st PP, there will be repairs of standing plasters (sanaches) and protection against moisture. These spaces will be used as warehouses.
IN they will be interchangeable throughout the building creating a full opening.
In the building, there will be a change of heating distribution, including a change of the boiler, a change of ZTI distribution.
