The subject of the order is the provision of a cloud infrastructure resource management service for the FALA system provided by the Ordering Party or provided by a company indicated by the Ordering Party. As part of cloud service management, the Contractor is obliged to implement: Monitoring the availability of System configuration elements. Monitoring the use of System resources: RAM and CPU load of System servers, the amount of backup data in the System, the amount of data transferred to and from the System WAVE, data retention management. Cloud infrastructure management: adding System resources in the cloud infrastructure, monitoring network traffic with particular emphasis on the impact on the load and performance of System devices, query monitoring to databases, with particular emphasis on the impact on the load and performance of the System's databases, ensuring the continuity of operation of the Fala system cloud environment The contractor is obliged to manage and maintain the cloud infrastructure system environments within existing Fala system subscriptions (FalaPRD, FalaTST, FalaDEV).
