The procurement includes that the Supplier must implement and provide a cloud-based record system for student health. The service must support secure and efficient handling of information with different levels of confidentiality, including both professions with strong confidentiality, such as student health personnel, and professions with lower confidentiality, such as administrators, pedagogues and study and career guidance counselors. The service must enable documentation at individual, group and organizational level, with separate journals and files for respective profession and level of confidentiality, as well as a joint digital child/student watch for information shared between professions. It should also include functions for printing, digital export, integration with other systems, and management of cases and meetings on a way that ensures traceability, data security and statutory confidentiality. The service shall support communication with students, guardians and users via web portal, messaging functions, e-mail, SMS and video meetings, as well as electronic consent functions and health surveys with secure authentication. All functionality must comply with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines for handling medical records, personal information and protected information, as well as support long-term archiving and integration with the Customer's system as well as national databases.
