The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Marine Services Division wishes to enter into an Individual Standing Offer Agreement (ISOA) for the supply and delivery of clothing and safety apparel for approximately 350 marine personnel located throughout the Island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador. Items include parkas, jackets, raingear, shirts, pants and others. For a complete list of items including specifications refer to the Mandatory Technical Requirements in Section E of Appendix C of this solicitation.In addition, the Contracted Supplier will be responsible for the following: Processing each employee order once approved by HQ, on a separate invoice, shipping to their home address including a packing slip of items contained in the shipment, and providing proof of delivery with signature attached with the original invoice when submitting for payment. The Contracted Supplier will maintain adequate stock to cover requirements - including seasonal products in the off seasons (parka, rain wear, etc.). Orders to be delivered no later than 30 days from the receipt of the approved order. All sizing, returns, and alterations for garments shall be included in bid price.
