Tender are invited for The contractor will remove the existing eight (8) FT closet bi-fold doors and hardware, will frame headers, will install drywall and finishes, and will install industry standard height pre-hung five (5) FT and four (4) FT double doors and three (3) FT single doors, including the necessary hardware.
Notes : A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 6, 2018 at 11 : 30 a.m. at 1321 Camden Ave. in High Point, NC. All questions must be sent to HPHA by 3 : 00 p.m. on November 8, 2018. An addendum will be issued by 6 : 00 p.m. on November 13, 2018. The contractor will perform the work in accordance with the Project Manual (Specifications) and Construction Documents (Drawings) for this project. J. C. Morgan is made up of forty-nine (49) buildings with ninety-six (96) units with single story and multi-level townhouse style, one (1) to three (3) bedroom apartments.
