The Texas A&M University System (“A&M System”) is seeking proposals for qualified vendors, hereafter referred to as Respondent(s) and/or provider(s), to provide closed captioning products and services (“Captioning”) to ensure we have the best available tools and services for our faculty and students to improve their teaching and learning processes. In addition, A&M System IT wishes to ensure the solution is robust enough to meet the Captioning needs of the A&M System and its members (“Member”) with a sustainable and economically viable process.It is the intent of A&M System to establish a master services agreement (“Agreement”) with one or more vendors (referred to as “Respondent” or “Vendor”) to meet the needs of its member universities and agencies (referred to as “Members”) per the requirements listed in Section 3.
