The procurement services of the group services of the North Ostrobothnia welfare region (Pohde) are requesting your offer for the "Clinical AV system" in accordance with this request for tenders and its appendices. This request for tender is conditional so that the procurement will be carried out if sufficient funds have been allocated for it in the 2026 and 2027 budgets. The clinical AV system will be purchased for the operating theaters of the G building of Oulu University Hospital, which has a total of 14 theaters. There are 9 operating theaters on the 2nd floor of the G building and 4 of the G building. there are 5 operating theaters on the floor, for which the clinical AV system is acquired. The purchase of a clinical AV system is a one-time purchase. For the system's equipment-related accessories, software and accessories, the length of the fixed-term contract period is 7 years. In addition, the purchase includes a service and maintenance contract for both the warranty period and after the warranty period.
