Ladies and Gentlemen, I would like to kindly request you to submit an offer for a climatic chamber for aging tests intended for laboratory work. The chamber will be used to carry out test cycles in accordance with the following standards: Volkswagen PV 2005-A (variable climatic test - high dynamics of changes required), Hyundai-Kia MS300-08, cyclical and permanent tests in conditions of extreme humidity (up to 100% RH). Required technical specification: Working capacity: approx. 200-300 liters Temperature range: minimum from -40°C to minimum +150°C (preferred +180°C to maintain a safety margin) Humidity range: from 10% to minimum 98% RH in the temperature range from +10°C to +95°C Dynamics of temperature changes (ramp-rate): minimum 3-5 K/min (according to PV 2005‑A requirements) for both heating and cooling Parameter stability: temperature: ±0.5 K humidity: ±2.0% RH Control system: programmer enabling the creation of multi-step test programs (min. 50 loops), ability to save data on an external medium, generating reports in PDF format, consistent with the requirements of quality audits.
