The consultant will provide technical assistance to develop the project rationale and interventions, including through baselines assessments. The consultant will also be responsible for the preparation of a detailed climate change profile (including drought and salinity intrusion) for the district of Coronie), Landscape-hydrological profile, livelihoods profile, and potential climate smart agriculture (CSA) technologies to be incorporated into the prodoc. The consultant liaise with national counterparts, and national experts to collate data and inputs.
