The objective of this request is to seek one or two separate suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to : 1. prepare and produce a suite of practical, foundational educational materials on the core concepts underpinning the new mandatory sustainability reporting regime in the Corporations Act 2001 (Phase 1); 2. use the technical content delivered in Phase 1 and develop it into online interactive training materials that can be published on ASIC-s website in an accessible format (Phase 2); and 3. support the outreach and delivery of technical content prepared under Phase 1 to the target audience, including presenting at ASIC / AASB organised workshops and roadshows in major Australian capital cities and recording video content on introductory materials and key modules for publication on the ASIC website (Phase 3). The materials must be suitable for use by Group 3 reporting entities to meaningfully and directly assist with their compliance obligations but will also be relevant to Group 1 and Group 2 entities as set out above. It would be desirable if this educational and capacity building material was also suitable to indirectly support : 1. Small to medium enterprises in the ‘value chain- of larger businesses and financial institutions; 2. Employees and officers of larger business and financial institutions seeking to improve their understanding of climate-relate risks and opportunities; 3.
