The Municipality of Moalboal, Cebu, through the 20% Economic Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php. 7, 840, 000.00 (inclusive of VAT) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Climate Change Design Standards for Drainage / Sewerage Systems (Construction and Improvement of Drainage / Sewerage System ) Phase III. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
