The subject of the fulfillment of this public contract is the services of the implementation of client testing for use to test the usability of Ux/UI applications and advice in this area. The aim of the client testing is to improve the usability and user -friendliness of applications, get target users' feedback, identify weaknesses and get specific recommendations to improve applications. The subject of performance includes both qualitative testing (testing of scenarios with 5 respondents individually / testing) and quantitative testing (at least 200 respondents / testing) as well as consulting services in the field of client testing. The subject of performance is specified in a more detail in the contract that forms Annex 1 to this tender documentation. On the basis of a contract that is of a framework character, the contracting authority will order the performance at the time and to the extent of its current need.
