It is intended to enhance internal controls, services defensible commercial decision-making, and ensure that capital and operational programmes are delivered in line with agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards. Together, these services will contribute to the integrity, transparency, and regulatory readiness of our commercial operations, supporting both internal governance and external accountability. The anticipated contract will run for an initial period of five years, with an option to extend for a further three years. The total estimated expenditure over the full potential eight-year duration is £6 million
