Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : As Per TDS and along with the followings:The following instruction to be followed by all tenderers.1. Tenderers are requested to fill different Tender Forms properly (STD) withnecessary informations and by uploading necessary documents, which shall beconsidered for tender evaluation.2. Non-submission of ongoing works under any PE organizations that affect thetender evaluation process will be considered as non-eligibility of the tenderer.3. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive, or obstructive practices of any kindsare determined against any tenderer, then measures shall be taken followingRules 149 of PPR-2025 & relevant document.4. If the item wise quoted rate is more than 10% less or above than thepresent approved Rate Schedule of DSCC, then the tenderer shall submit item wise Analysisof the quoted rate.5. The audit report that is mandatorily submitted with the tender must include the DVC code for verification purposes.
