Announcing a full speed tender for the second time
The Ministry of Justice announces a full-speed tender for the second time, in the method of joining and downloading, for the cleaning work of the Damascus Justice Building
According to the book of technical, financial and legal conditions under the unified contract system issued by law No. 51 of 2004 AD
Estimated statement value / 2675328 / two million six hundred and seventy-five thousand three hundred and twenty-eight new Syrian pounds
Initial insurance: 133, 800/SYP only, one hundred and thirty-three thousand and eight hundred new Syrian pounds and nothing else.
Initial deposits shall be submitted to the order of the Ministry of Justice either in cash in a trust account at the central treasury With the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to a bank guarantee or certified check issued by one of the resident banks approved by the competent public authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic.
Final deposit: 10% of the referral value.
Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract value.
Implementation period: one full calendar year.
