The Ministry of Justice announces an internal tender at full speed for the first time, in the method of joining and downloading, for the cleaning works of the Damascus Justice Building
According to the book of technical, financial and special legal conditions under the unified contract system issued by Law No. 51 of 2004
Estimated statement value/2675328/SYP two million six hundred and seventy-five thousand three hundred and thirty-eight
Primary insurance/133, 800/SYP only, one hundred and thirty-three thousand and eight hundred new Syrian pounds and nothing else,
Primary insurances shall be submitted to the order of the Ministry of Justice either in cash in the deposit account at the central treasury of the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to a bank guarantee or a certified check issued by one of the resident banks approved by the competent public authorities in the Syrian Arab Republic
Final deposit: 10% of the referral value.
Delay fine: (0.001) one per thousand for each day of delay, provided that it does not exceed (20%) of the contract value.
Implementation period: one full calendar year starting from the day after the contractor is notified of the order to commence or deliver the work site.
The offer commitment period is 60/sixty days from the day following the end date of submitting the offer.
