Cleaning of ventilation ducts in spa facilities operated by the Bidder (according to site list) (the list of ducts and equipment, their classification and detailed description is included in the technical description). Operated in AK spas cleaning works of ventilation ducts, anemostats, hoods. The aim is to ensure adequate air quality by regularly cleaning the lines and pipes of the air-conditioning equipment, which meets the requirements of the relevant legislation and standards requirements. At AK's premises, there are several air handling devices with different technologies, all of which need to be cleaned - both the outdoor and indoor units. The winning Bidder is obliged to schedule the heating and prior to the cooling period, in addition to this, he is obliged to carry out ad hoc and emergency cleaning activities until the HUF 60, 000, 000 frame amount specified in the framework contract is exhausted, through ad hoc orders. The framework contract is for a fixed period of 12 months which can be extended for another 12 months with a unilateral declaration by AK, but no more than until the limit amount is exhausted.
