Clearing the premises (2550 sq m) and the adjacent territory (2700 sq m). DAILY: maintenance of cleanliness during the working day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., 5 days a week, minimum 2 staff units; - maintaining the cleanliness of hallways, corridors, doors, stairs, protocol rooms, and others rooms as needed; - wet cleaning of sanitary areas with special solutions and disinfection of doors, mirrors, tiles on the walls, toilets, sinks, ventilation and odorization of sanitary areas with pleasant-smelling air fresheners. - maintenance of the adjacent territory (2700 sq m); - sweeping daily of the territory; - permanent provision of sanitary areas with hygiene products, namely; • single-use sealed cartridges, volume 1000 ml/ 2500 doses. Protective foam soap, perfumed, for an efficient and pleasant wash, with a delicate aroma, containing moisturizing and regenerating ingredients of the skin, forming a soft creamy foam for easy hand washing. Cares for all skin types. Certified according to the EU eco-labelling system. For the Tork S4 dispenser; • ZZ-shaped hand towels, 2 layers, size 23*23 cm, white color, compatible with Tork H3 mount; • two-layer toilet paper in high-quality rolls, white color, with incised lines that ensure the paper breaks, compatible with the Tork T2 holder; • air fresheners; • garbage bags; *Note hygiene products are to be provided for at least 93 people - daily cleaning after 17:00, 5 days a week. • wet and dry floor cleaning; • aspiration to necessity; • garbage collection and replacement of bags in all offices and toilets; WEEKLY: The provider ensures the number of personnel units necessary for the qualitative performance of the de-sorting for the area of 2550 sq m; Weekly, the person responsible for the object, will sign the record sheet of visits to the object (delivered by the contracting authority). - supervision of the process; - monitoring the services provided to ensure that no important areas or details are omitted; - the offering t...
