Tender Details

The subject of the order are cleaning services in the units of the Office of Technical Inspection - in accordance with the requirements specified in these Terms of Reference. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ - Description Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) and the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (template agreement). Part 1 - CLEANING SERVICES IN UDT UNITS The subject of the order are cleaning services in the units of the Office of Technical Inspection - in accordance with the requirements specified in of this Order Specification. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the annexes to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) and Draft Provisions of the Agreement (template contract) - respectively for the part. Ordering Party, in accordance with art. 95 section 1 and section 2 point 1 of the Public Procurement Law requires that each person performing the activities described in the Public Procurement Law in the "Activity" column (in lines 1-16 for parts 1 and 3 and in lines 1-17 for part 2), provided that their nature meets the criteria of an employment relationship referred to in Art. 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws 2025, item 277, as amended), were employed by the Contractor under an employment contract throughout the entire period of the order in which these activities are performed.
