Section 1: Itäpuoli (Peltosaari) Section 2: West side (other sites) Riihimäki Kotikulma Oy and Kotikulman Kiinteistöpalvelut Oy (hereafter collectively "Procurement Unit") are requesting offers for cleaning services for the properties of the Procurement Unit. Available for purchase services include on-call. The scope of the service to be procured and the content of the work are described in full and in detail in the request for tenders in appendix 1A Service description and in appendices 1Ba Cleaning instructions for apartments and 1Bb Office premises cleaning instructions. The Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (1397/2016, Procurement Act) applies to the procurement. The procurement concerns procurement of services exceeding the EU threshold in accordance with Section 26 of the Procurement Act. The procurement procedure is 32 of the Procurement Act Open procedure according to §. The object of procurement and work sites with addresses are described in the service description attached to the request for tender and elsewhere in the request for tender with attachments. The procurement unit reserves the right to change work items. If there are jobs more during the contract period, new work items can be included in the contract. You can also leave jobs during the contract period. The procurement is geographically divided into two (2) sub-areas: 1. East side (Peltosaari) 2. West side (other destinations).
