The services to be acquired include on-call. The scope of the service to be procured and the content of the work is described in full and in detail in the request for tenders in appendix 1A Service description and in appendices 1Ba Cleaning instructions for apartments and 1Bb Cleaning instructions for premises. (1397/2016, Procurement Act). The procurement concerns the procurement of services exceeding the EU threshold in accordance with Section 26 of the Procurement Act. The procurement procedure is an open procedure in accordance with Section 32 of the Procurement Act. in the service description attached to the tender request and elsewhere in the tender request with attachments. The procurement unit reserves the right to change work items. If there are more work items during the contract period, the new work items can be included in the contract. Work items can also leave during the contract period. Procurement is geographically divided into two (2) sub-areas: 1. East side (Peltosaari)2. West side (other sites). The bidder can offer one (1) or both sub-areas. Sub-offers within sub-regions, alternative or parallel offers are not accepted.
