Cleaning services for the new BCU in Friborg The contract concerns cleaning and routine maintenance services for the new Cantonal and University Library of Friborg (BCU). Services include floor cleaning (vacuuming, washing and treatment depending on the coverings), furniture (tables, chairs and surfaces), sanitary installations, as well as areas open to the public (reading areas, reception, circulation) and certain administrative premises. THE Interventions will be carried out on a regular basis (daily and periodic), taking into account the high number of visitors to the site and the high requirements in terms of hygiene and quality. The service provider must guarantee a level of quality constant, compliance with current standards, as well as the use of suitable methods and products, particularly with a view to sustainability. The contract is concluded for an initial period of 3 years, with the possibility of renewal once for a year. additional period of 2 years.
