The scope of the assignment relates to services of cleaning, window cleaning and deep cleaning. Delivery of sanitary articles is outside the scope. Good communication with the contractor is an important requirement for IHUB. The assignment relates to 69 locations. iHub hasResidential locations, schools, offices, housing units and outpatient care locations. The locations are on loan from the municipality, are rented or owned by IHUB. It is possible that locations are divested during the term of the contract. However, here is at the time of publicationNo clarity about it yet. The purpose of this tender is to conclude two (2) agreements with two (2) different contractors for the cleaning services. The assignment is classified as follows: • Plot 1: Noord. For this plot, one (1) contractor is contracted forThe services of cleaning, window cleaning and deep cleaning. This plot contains 27 locations. See the program of requirements for this. • Plot 2: South. For this plot, one (1) contractor is contracted for the services of cleaning, window cleaning and deep cleaning. This plotContains 42 locations. See the program of requirements for this. The tenderer can register on two (2) plots, but is awarded a maximum of one (1) plot. Tenderer must indicate preference for a plot.
