Cleaning services in HK-dir's premises in Bergen The competition concerns the delivery of cleaning services in the premises of the Directorate for Higher Education and Skills location Bergen, Nonnesetergaten 4, 5015 Bergen. The premises of HK-dir in Bergen, approx. 1, 830 m2, have been completed newly renovated in the summer of 2026 and will be an attractive workplace for employees and visitors. This agreement shall ensure satisfactory cleaning and maintenance of the premises. The agreement must help ensure that the premises maintain a good standard, have as few negatives as possible impact on the external environment and that the premises with surfaces and furnishings maintain their functionality and quality. Furthermore, the agreement must ensure that any claims from the manufacturer with regard to maintaining the guarantee and performance for surfaces and fixtures are taken care of, and that requirements from the authorities are complied with. The client is carrying out an open tender with the aim of entering into a cleaning contract with one supplier, to cover the need for cleaning services in our office premises at Nonnesetergaten 4 in Bergen. This the agreement must ensure satisfactory cleaning and maintenance of the premises. The agreement must help ensure that the premises maintain a good standard, have the least possible negative impact on the external environment and that the premises with surfaces and furnishings maintain their functionality and quality. Furthermore, the agreement must ensure that any requirements from the manufacturer with regard to maintaining the warranty and performance for surfaces and fixtures, as well as that requirements from the authorities are complied with.
