The contract periods are shown in the description of the parts of the procurement, after which the contract can be extended by the customer's decision under the original conditions for two (2) two (2) years with a long option. The targets of the acquisition are the premises managed by the City of Turku's spatial services and the premises of three companies. The city of Turku, Länsirannikon Työterveys Oy, Turku Taiteen talo Oy and Turku Port Oy are involved in the joint procurement. PROCUREMENT SERVICECleaning services include maintenance and basic cleaning according to the agreed service descriptions, as well as window washing. Maintenance cleaning means regular cleaning to maintain the agreed level of cleanliness. Basic cleaning is less frequent a one-time cleaning, which is ordered separately each year. Window washing is also ordered separately each year Targets are school and multipurpose properties, office spaces, general city cultural and leisure spaces, as well as various other public premises. Contracts for procurement are made in sub-units. Procurement is divided into the following areas:1.
