The order was divided into 2 tasks: Task 1Elbląg Task 2Giżycko 3.Detailed description the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ in the scope of a given task. 4. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts under the single-source procurement procedure for tasks No. 1 and 2, on the terms specified in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act.
