The objects have a total cleaning area of approx. 38, 150 square meters and include, among other things, schools, preschools (regular cleaning only in some), nursing homes, LSS operations, offices, libraries, sports halls and public toilets with associated spaces. The objects covered are shown in 06.5 List of objects. The procurement intends to sign an agreement for the services regarding service area SE (cleaning) according to AFF 15, these are described in document 06.4 Service descriptions. Preliminary delivery start is 2026-09-01. In order to satisfy B's requirements for cleaning, B intends to sign an agreement with one (1) supplier. The cleaning contract is planned to cover the period 2026-09-01 to 2028-08-31. B then has the unilateral right to extend the contract by one (1) year at a time, which is the longest the contract can continue for five (5) years.
