This RFI is an information gathering process in the early stages of the development of a Regionalisation Model for the provision of cleaning services to public education sites.
The Department for Education is seeking responses from providers of commercial cleaning services.
The purpose of this RFI is to:
Gain a better understand of the current capability and capacity of suppliers across the state
Gather industry views on how a regionalised service delivery model could work in practice
Seek supplier feedback on the draft updated Contract for cleaning services
Explore how suppliers approach quality management and workforce sustainability
Identify potential challenges, opportunities, and innovations that could shape our future approach
Understand suppliers’ approach and maturity in the use of IT systems
