This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Civida to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of residential common area and vacant unit cleaning services, for various Civida-managed properties within the City of Edmonton and area as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The services required under this RFP have been separated into three (3) Service Areas as follows: • Service Area 1: Property Districts A, B, comprising of approximately 1, 149 residential units • Service Area 2: Property Districts C, D, E, comprising of approximately 2, 152 residential units • Service Area 3: Property Districts F, G, H, comprising of approximately 2, 069 residential units
