This procurement includes cleaning services within Stockholm County. Cleaning services refers to: - Daily cleaning (ongoing cleaning, for example cleaning of public communication areas, office premises, corridors, entrances, stairs, WC, hygiene areas, roof surfaces (for example door handle, switch, lift buttons) as well as the dining room/kitchenette to maintain surfaces and hygiene in the premises/cleaning object) - Periodic cleaning (cleaning in addition to the daily cleaning, for example major cleaning) - Temporary cleaning services (e.g. student rooms, moving cleaning etc.) - Window cleaning - Floor care - High-height cleaning (cleaning of hard-to-reach indoor surfaces from around 2.5 meters and up (for example ceilings, walls, fittings, valves, pipes and beams) where scaffolding, ladders, sky lifts or other special tools needed) Provided that the acquisition takes place as part of the service of providing daily cleaning, also covered: - Washing/rental of entrance mats - Hygiene items such as tissue paper, soap, hand sanitizer and washing up liquid. The tenderer's tender must include all of the above goods and services. Cleaning services, washing/rental of entrance mats and hygiene items may be called up to a total turnover (ceiling volume) of SEK 220 million excluding VAT during Duration of the framework agreement. If the total turnover is reached, Cancellation can no longer take place from the Framework Agreement for the remainder of the Framework Agreement's term.
