Cleaning service in the area of ​​properties owned or managed/utilized/operated by PVH Zrt. in 3 parts, for a period of 24 months. Part 1: Cleaning markets; Part 2: Cleaning of offices, underground garages and parking lots; Part 3: Cleaning of market places and other buildings. Vállalkozási szerződés keretében a Pécsi Vagyonhasznosító Zártkörűen Működő Részvénytársaság alábbi területein működő piacok (mindösszesen area to be cleaned: 22, 416. m2) regular cleaning, snow and slippery removal, as well as ad hoc cleanings in a period of 24 months at the locations and areas detailed in the public procurement documents and regularly in accordance with expectations. 1.) Vásárcsarnok (7622 Pécs, Zólyom u. 4.) - building floor area: 3, 665 m2, outdoor area: 6, 076 m2, snow and slippery removal area: 6, 076 m2; 2.) Hajnóczy street market (7633 Pécs, Hajnóczy J. u. 1.) - building floor area: 853 m2, outdoor area: 2000 m2, snow and anti-slip: area 2000 m2; 3.) Diana tér market (7632 Pécs, Diana tér 20840/3 hrsz.) - building floor area: 483 m2, outdoor area: 712 m2, snow and slippery area: 421 m2; 4.) Case building area: 130 m2 (of which the experience of previous years 40 m2 area no more than 2 times a year, 90 m2 area no more than 3 times a year).
