Email: Login to see tender_detailsLogin to see details Tender Details The real estate services of Kittilä municipality is requesting an offer for the cleaning service of the Kittilä church village's ice rink and ball field maintenance building for the period between November 1, 2026 and November 1, 2028, and a possible 1 (one) option year for the period between November 2, 2028 and November 2, 2029. The use of the option year will be notified 3 months before the end of the contract. The cleaning time is 1 hour 57 minutes/time (1.95 h). Cleaning is carried out on weekdays from Monday to Friday by 9:00 a.m. The service also includes paper and soap refills, garbage export/sorting, cleaning laundry maintenance, cleaning and maintenance of cleaning equipment, as well as filing defect reports. Dimensioning of the premises has been done with the Atop cleaning dimensioning program. The quality of the service must correspond to the intended use of the premises and the level of cleanliness and hygiene required by the activities there. The cleaning uses Kittilä municipality's cleaning agents, cleaning equipment and machines, garbage bags, hand towels and toilet paper. The lowest hourly price is taken into account in the offer.
