1. The subject of the order is cleaning inside the building located in Chem at ul. Mickiewicza 37.2. The task is divided into four items:1) Item No. 1 - Cleaning the four floors in the building2) Item No. 2 Cleaning the staircase and interior elevators (low ground floor and floors: I, II, III, IV)3) Item No. 3 Cleaning the corridor located on the lower ground floor4) Item No. 4 - Cleaning the conference room 3 times a month on days designated in consultation with the employee servicing the building (according to needs).3. Detailed information, including the scope of work regarding each item, the area to be cleaned and the activities covered by the order, are specified in the Description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. The contractor will provide everything necessary for proper operation execution of the subject of the order: - materials, cleaning products and hygiene products, - devices and equipment.5. The Ordering Party informs that cleaning of some glass surfaces, e.g. glazed surfaces of the staircase (5 floors), requires specialized equipment when it is not possible to wash them from the inside of the facility. 6.
