The subject of the order is to provide room cleaning services consisting in performing daily, periodic and ad hoc cleaning activities aimed at ensuring appropriate sanitary and hygienic condition in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party. IN As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to systematically perform cleaning activities in the rooms using its own devices and cleaning products. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor will be obliged to systematically perform cleaning activities in the Observatory rooms using their own devices and cleaning products. There are 6 buildings on the observatory premises, in which cleaning services must be performed in accordance with the following requirements. These are office buildings, laboratory buildings, two buildings residential buildings and two laboratory buildings - magnetic. The total area of the rooms to be cleaned is 2, 076 m2, including 1, 636 m2 for office and laboratory rooms and 440 m2 for two residential buildings.
