Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the cleaning service of the running route and food points during the running event organized by the Pozna Sports and Recreation Centers: 18th PKO Pozna Marathon on April 19, 2026.2. The order also includes delivery waste containers and management of collected waste. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 7 to SWZ.3. Due to the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor takes responsibility for the collected waste, for proper handling them, for the resulting consequences and for the actions and omissions of persons and entities used to perform the subject of the order, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in this regard, in particular the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste.4. Item the order concerns waste with the code: 20 03 01 (unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste).5.
