1. The subject of the order is cleaning the rooms in the administrative buildings of Enea Operator Sp. z o.o. RD Chodzież.
2. Variant offers are not allowed.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow partial offers. The submitted offer must cover the entire subject of the contract.
4. According to art. 95 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority requires that persons performing activities that make up the cleaning service, during the performance of the contract, to be employed on the basis of an employment contract throughout the entire period of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. Detailed employment rules are set out in the contract template - Annex 5 to SWZ. The requirement to employ the persons indicated above applies to the employment contract for both the contractor and subcontractors participating in the implementation orders. The burden of proving this requirement will rest with the contractor.
