Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes services consisting in cleaning the road in the city of Piy, i.e.: - mechanical cleaning of the road in accordance with the schedule in the period from April 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026 (in the event of concluding the contract later than 01/04/2026, roadways not completed according to the schedule (due to the later conclusion of the contract) will be cleaned by the Contractor on another date agreed with the Ordering Party), - mechanical cleaning of the road at the request of the Ordering Party in the period from 01/04/2026 to November 30, 2026 - removal of rubble, earth, leaves and waste in the period from April 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026. 2. The Ordering Party, pursuant to Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor under an employment contract if the performance of these activities involves performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.3. Detailed requirements regarding the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement based on an employment relationship are specified in the Draft Agreement (Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ).4.
